Aarons' bio

"I have been blessed by my work, my clients and photography in general. My career has given me many amazing experiences as well as loads of new friends, some have become almost like family. Photography has taken me places I never thought I'd be and meet fantastic people I never thought I would have the pleasure of meeting. I've shared laughs with thousands of guests and celebrated hundreds of weddings with Brides on their most important day.

I love meeting people and the challenge of wedding photography offers a unique opportunity to express my creativity.

Very few avenues of photography have the challenges associated with wedding photography. Filling an album with amazing photographs in any weather conditions in any location and with subjects of all shapes, sizes, many with unique requests and expectations is about as challenging as you can get.

I never take a wedding for granted, as successful as I have become I truly believe you are only as good as your last wedding. Wedding photography can be complex, its rising above the challenges and creating an album that will be wowed over and handed down through the many generations as a timeless piece of history.

I have become by default a storyteller who thrives on getting the best out of my clients for their benefit, most couples don't realise what we can achieve until they receive their photos. When I work, my goal is always to make clients relaxed and comfortable so together can create and show how their day was special and unique".

From a highly artistic and musical family... Aaron started his professional career in photography at the start of the millennium, with a passion for wedding photography Aaron has quickly become one of the most praised and sought after wedding photographers world wide.

Few would argue Aaron is regarded as one of the top wedding photographers of the world, this is evident in hundreds of mind blowing testimonials from Brides from all over the globe, Aaron has produced bespoke images unique to each and every wedding.

Aaron he has been blessed with life long friends that started as clients, he has had fantastic opportunities throughout his life meeting amazing people and capturing weddings from Australia, New Zealand, Europe, United States, the South Pacific, the Caribbean through to top romantic destinations such as Rome, Florence and Paris.

Aaron's style can best be described as ‘romantic, natural images meshed with loads of smiles and fun'…some would describe his personality and photos a little risqué. He certainly pushes the envelope that takes Bride and Grooms on an adventure with memories that have been captured to last beyond a their lifetime.

Renowned for his creativity, Aaron has the ability to capture the natural romance and excitement of a clients wedding day… he also has the ability to create a magic of his own… with a wicked sense of humour and a refined aesthetic ability to create amazing photographic imagery.

His natural, fun loving empathy for people helps shape and create a powerful visual story through pictures.

Aaron's take on wedding photography is more than posing and shooting... Bride and Grooms have to have fun and enjoy themselves, they need to feel natural and relaxed to enjoy not only the wedding shoot but the end product/album as well. Aaron can foresee nuances that aren't necessarily due to amazing back drops and panoramic views, it can be the small, little things like a capturing the glance of a brides and grooms eyes meeting and the smile that follows.

The key to Aaron's success is his approach to wedding photography - very little posing, he is very unique and highly energetic, he exudes a fun loving cheeky-ness, he moves for the light not you. How does this benefit the Bride and Groom? What does this mean, moving for the light, well... he doesn’t pose you, he combines his subjects natural movement with natural light and allows the beauty to unfold, the result... timeless, natural, stunning photos.

Couples love reminiscing over their album when they have enjoyed the whole experience... from preparation through till the first dance Aaron captures all the fun and then some, the laughter and romance of the day.

Aaron is responsible for hundreds if not thousands of stunning wedding photos and albums that show the individual magic of each and every special day.

Every single photo Aaron takes goes through a stringent editing process to ensure maximum quality whilst remaining faithful to the beauty of the original scene.
