The team at AARON LANG PHOTOGRAPHY NZ are a fun, creative, relaxed and professional photography company - we shoot a series of images that portray your day naturally. We'll take all the traditional photos as well as original and creative images that show how unique your day is. In addition we can create beautiful, quality Queensberry wedding Albums. The digital ‘negatives’ are yours to own with all our packages and you get access to all your photographs as soon as they are edited with no stand down period or extra charges. We don’t expect you to sign a contract relinquishing your ownership or assumed COPYRIGHTS to your photos.

What we typically cover on the day: (this is a rough guide to 90% of our weddings)

 Preparation - Bride getting beautiful with Bridesmaids and all the special little details

 Creative photos of Bride, Groom and Bridal party on location, the fun ones where we can get up to mischief and a little creative, have a few bubbles and relax.

 Reception arrival and early cake cutting (Options to book extra time for first dance, cake cutting and speeches if required)

This is a typical day and normally takes between 4-5 hours. Below are our packages based on these times. We can customize you a package to suit your budget and time lines.

This is a fantastic package for the file sharers, Facebook users, the budget conscious, travelers, scrap-bookers, digital album lovers as all the images from the day are yours to own, yes all of them (between 700-1500)! These are available for you to print, copy, email, enlarge, upload to Face Book, print on what ever medium you choose, maybe even build your own album if you wish. This is a great package to have amazing professional images captured by the professional team at AARON LANG PHOTOGRAPHY NZ for minimum cost and offers flexibility!

· Full photo shoot approximately 4-5 hours (additional time can be requested) but traditionally this amount of time covers 99% of weddings.

· Yours to own digital ‘negatives’ ready to print in hi res. Typically we capture around 600-1500 images including originals provided for you to own on DVD.

· The best images of the day supplied in High resolution color, black and white, edited and ready to print – (normally between 200 - 500 edited photos)

· Online Gallery. Highlights of the day our website for friends and family to enjoy.

· Special addition DVD show reel of the best images of the day accompanied to your soundtrack – ready to play on big screen TV!

This Silver Plus packages is the same as the silver package but includes hand crafted and professionally produced PRINTS

· 100 6x4 hand printed lab quality photographs added to your Silver Package.

We take your choice of the best images of your day and create a beautiful Queensberry wedding album that will become a family heirloom.

· Yours to own digital ‘negatives’ ready to print. Typically around 600-1500+ images including originals provided for you to own on CD disc.

· The best images of the day digitally mastered and supplied in high resolution color, black and white, sepia etc edited and ready to print – approx (100-300+).

· Special addition DVD show reel of best images accompanied to music – ready to play on big screen TV.

Upgrade to a beautiful 12 x 12 or 14 x 10 inch, QUEENSBERRY ALBUM with extras – your choice of overlay/digital or duo page options, 1/4, 1/2 of full page photo on the front cover, choice of album covers from silk, contemporary leathers, micro leathers, 12-14 pages with 40-50 images, embossing options and titles on the front cover.

Features 1 x large 18 x 10 inch digital, duo, overlay or pagemount QUEENSBERRY ALBUM, 14-16 pages including 50-60 images. Variety of covers to choose from and one flip page, your choice of album design, 1/4, 1/2 or full page photo plus embossing and title options. TWO Professional PHOTOGRAPHERS, double the service, double the creativity and double the amount of photos, (not one photographer and an assistant)... the Diamond package is full coverage of the day by two creative photographers. This package is for the discerning bride and incorporates all the benefits of the Platinum package. This total comprehensive photography coverage will blow your socks off and suits the bride that values her photos above all else. Also includes 1 x 1000 x 1000mm large wall canvas stretched and mounted of your favorite photo.

· 8 hours photo shoot (from Bride and Grooms preparation through to the first dance).

· Yours to own digital ‘negatives’. (Typically around 1000 - 2000 images provided for you to own on DVD disc).

· Separate DVD disc with digitally mastered high resolution color - black and white photos. (Approximately 400-1000).

· Special addition DVD show reel of best images of the day accompanied to your soundtrack.

Extra shooting time $250.00 p/h. Price includes processing of the extra images and our time on the day photographing.

Additional Photographers - $1550.00. This can be a great advantage to the overall portrayal of your special day as you can get more details of the day such as the boy’s preparation, candid shots of guests and more group shots. Price includes post production of extra images and is based on the standard 4 -5 hour packages.

Additional Album Pages - $100-200 1-6 images per page depending on album size.

Thank you cards - your choice of image made into a traditional postcards and ready to send. $1.80 each

Travel - $POA As a National and International wedding photography service we need to factor in travel expenses where applicable and always keep these to a minimum. Most packages however are complete and travel expenses are seldom added.

Production Time - Images will be uploaded onto our complimentary Online Gallery within 7-14 days. There are no watermarks on these images so it is a great option for friends and family around the world to get 6x4 prints. Images will be ready on DVD disc 7-21 days after your wedding – these are suitable for printing, enlargements, emailing etc. Wedding Albums are usually completed 4-8 weeks after design.

Copyright - We do not hold any copyrights over your images, they are yours, meaning you can reprint and use in any capacity you choose. When booking any of our packages you give us consent to display your images on our website so your friends and family can enjoy a sneak peek of your day.

Booking Procedures - All Prices are GST inclusive. Current prices are applicable for bookings made between 1 Oct 2010 – 31 March 2012 To secure a booking we will require a non refundable deposit of $400 NZD ($700NZD for Pacific Island weddings) within 7 days and the balance is due 14 days before the wedding date. Penciled in bookings will be held for 7 days until the deposit is received. Prices are subject to change.
